Are you interested in providing educational learning experiences to children and families out in the community?  Our Home Visitors work to cultivate nurturing parent-child relationships and support healthy childhood development through home visits and group socializations that create community connections for both children and families.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related field, Master's degree preferred

Three years experience in a family services role

Certification in Social Work, Human Service, Family Services, Counseling, or related field

Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance

Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole preferred

Knowledge of Strengthening Families model and Growing Great Kids curriculum a plus
