Express ER Waco is seeking an outgoing, energetic, creative marketing coordinator! The ideal candidate will build relationships with local doctor's offices, industry, and other referral sources. Must be self-motivated, diligent and hard working. You must be willing to execute on your marketing plans, meet goals and attend community events...even on Saturdays. In addition, the qualified candidate will keep a database of leads and maintain excellent records of sales calls, presentations and follow-ups, and continue to cultivate a social media presence on Facebook and Instagram. Most importantly, you must think outside the box and be innovative.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong presentation skills, excellent organizational skills, goal-driven, and proven decision-making abilities
- 1-3 years of experience in market development and social media management.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work independently
- Creative skills to come up with new unique ways to market
- Experience with social media - Facebook & Instagram
- Ensure social media is fresh, up to date and posts are completed regularly
- Market everyday to the local community and sharing about Express ER
- Strong speaking skills
- Desire for public speaking
- Strong writing skills and good business email etiquette
- May have to work some weekends or week nights based on scheduled events or scheduled presentations
- Work week hours are typically between 32 - 40 hours
