The Cardiovascular Radiology Technologist will maintain a fast pace to meet the needs of those in varying phases of cardiac disease. Eight Cath Lab Same Day Surgery rooms. Four Cardiac Cath Lab procedure rooms, nine Cardiologist with seven being interventionalist. Current hours of operation are 0630 to 1900. On-call one night per week for 3 hours at end of work shift. Located at the Healthplex campus on the second floor. Cardiovascular Radiology Technologist functions include, but are not limited to:

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Assist with a variety of highly specialized procedures for Cath Lab patients.
- Assists with preparation of the Patient including maintaining sterile environment during procedures.
- Assists in the post procedural care of the patient to ensure optimal outcome and patient satisfaction thru discharge.
Requirement description :
- 2 years of experience - Required
- Scrub - Required
- Monitor and drive x-ray equipment during cath lab procedures - Required
- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to specialty
- 2 Supervisory References, from the past 12 months of employment
- License/Certifications (ARRT or RCIS & ACLS, BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
