JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Front End Engineer, your primary role will be continuing to design, build, and maintain the Tiger Pistol platform, which is laser-focused on being the world's most effective social advertising platform for global brands, SMB resellers, and agencies who realize the power of local activation at scale. You can further your skills on a platform that utilizes many modern technologies. We deploy C#, Web API, PGSQL, React JS, and Typescript in the Azure cloud.

You've worked on product development for at least part of your career, and prefer to build new and innovative systems in a collaborative environment. You have a passion for technology, get satisfaction from solving real business problems, can communicate effectively, and enjoy being part of a team.

We are looking for someone who is located in the Cleveland area and would be able to come into our Cleveland downtown offices.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our product team to build the Tiger Pistol Platform
• Bring an engineer’s mind to the front end, and be a voice as the platform and codebase grow.
• Build efficient and reusable front-end abstractions and systems 
• Analyze and optimize front-end code for efficiency and performance
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.
• Stay up to date with frontend technologies and trends

Some of the factors we are looking for in our candidates include:

• Strong knowledge of Javascript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, React
• Experience using modern development tooling, like precompilers (e.g. - Webpack, Babel), preprocessors (eg. SASS, LESS), mono repo build tools (eg. Turborepo, NPM workspaces
• Highly proficient in building fully interactive and visually complex user interfaces from scratch
• Confidently able to translate a design mockup into a near-pixel-perfect implementation across browsers
• Proficient analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Collaborates well in a (physical or remote) team environment and is sensitive to the needs of business stakeholders.
