What you'll do: Using Azure Dev Ops, working with Subject Matter Experts and a team of developers you will: Partner effectively with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions; Design, develop, and test new software solutions that streamline processes and boost profitability; Collaborate with functional, infrastructure, and help desk teams to troubleshoot software issues and ensure smooth operations; Continuously learn and expand your skillset to stay ahead of the curve with the latest technologies; and Maintain and improve existing applications to optimize performance and user experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in leading a small team of software developers, with expertise in one or more of the technologies we use (see list below).
• Strong understanding of web application development principles (UI/UX, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience with database technologies (MS Access, SQL) and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
