Compensation Analyst

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst responsible for managing physician, resident, and fellow compensation contracts. This role ensures payments to both employed and independent providers adhere to their agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Support compensation programs for employed and independent providers by implementing standard policies and procedures.
• Maintain and assist in the implementation of all compensation components, including incentives, educational loan payments, and other miscellaneous payments.
• Perform analytical work related to compensation systems.
• Process supplemental compensation payments, ensuring all payments are documented with offer letters, employment agreements, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• Required Skills: Analytical, Collaborative, Computer Proficiency, Customer Service, Detail Oriented, Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Microsoft Office, Multitasking, Organizational, Problem Solving, Strong Team Player.
• Healthcare experience required.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $70,000+ depending on experience
• Full-time with full benefits
• Relocation Assistance Available

• 2+ to 5 years of experience
• Associate-level seniority
• No management experience required
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
• No travel required
