Starrchild Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a vital role in assessing, designing, and implementing behavior therapy interventions for special children. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to improving the lives of children and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Create behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments.
- Implement behavior therapy interventions and collect data to track progress.
- Collaborate with our psychologists, therapists, and educators to develop comprehensive treatment goals.
- Stay current on the latest research and advancements in behavior analysis and incorporate them into practice.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and time management skills
