Responsibilities:

• Supervision of in-home ABA programs
• Supervision and training of RBT and case managers
• School-based consultation
• Parent training and home-based consultation
• Conducting skill-based and functional behavioral assessments
• Developing intervention plans and monitoring client progress
• Maintaining accurate documentation of billable tasks that meet the requirements of funders
• Obtaining authorizations and reauthorizations

Minimum Education or Related Experience:

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification
• Experience providing supervision and training to therapists
• Experience providing parent training
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments
• Experience identifying goals for in-home programs for individuals with autism and their family
• Experience in school-based consultation
