Required Qualifications:
The Senior Software Developer for Pricing plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that drive pricing strategies and enable efficient pricing processes. This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our pricing systems, directly impacting the company's profitability and competitiveness in the market.
- Own entire features from specification to shipping
- Stay up to date with the nascent and rapidly evolving blockchain space. Developers frequently learn about and utilize new projects/EIPs to offer better UX, security, prices, and performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including engineering (internal and external), design, research, data science, product management, executive leadership, and recruiting
- Be a steward and influencer of our engineering culture: focusing on simplicity, maintainability, and performance
- Work with our smart contract engineers to design secure gas optimizations
- Stay abreast with the ecosystem and integrate new AMMs as they attract liquidity
- Optimize the speed of our algorithms
- Work with our research engineers to implement novel pricing algorithms
- Experiment with Reth for faster data indexing
BACKEND TECH STACK
- The pricing team’s tech stack is mostly Rust, TypeScript and Solidity.
- Since real-time blockchain data is critical for pricing, we also rely heavily on Reth.
- Languages: TypeScript, Rust, and a smidgen of Solidity (Foundry stack)
- Reth

- Kubernetes
- Grafana/Prometheus
- 5 years+ of Engineering Experience
- Experience with TypeScript and Rust or similar languages
- Experience with software development best practices including code reviews, continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and automated testing
- Previous exposure to Web3/ Blockchain Applications
- US Compatible time zone
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Familiarity with API security devOps
- EVM experience preferred but not required.
- Production Rust experience
- High Degen Score
