We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Level 2 Behavior Therapist (DHS approved) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing support and services in Applied Behavior Analysis within a residential and medical clinic setting.
About the Role: The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Level 2 Behavior Therapist (DHS approved), is responsible for providing support to individuals and their Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis. This position reports to the Division Manager of Behavioral Health.
Salary Range: $70,000-$74,000/ Year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavior assessments,
- Develop Behavior Support Plans based on functional assessment,
- Collect and analyze behavior data,
- Train staff members on the proper implementation of behavior plans, data collection systems, and all monitoring and reporting systems,
- Participate in Behavioral Health Committee,
- Document billable hours in database system according to DHS regulations,
- Maintains enrollment as a Medicaid Provider and abide by Medicaid regulations,
- Create and support functional communication and skills building programs and trainings,
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree and Board Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or a DHS approved Level 2 Behavior Therapist,
- 1+ year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities,
- A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation,
- Ability to maintain flexible work hours and take on rotating monthly on-call responsibilities.
