The Investment Manager is responsible for a range of projects and initiatives, including new deals search, target industry research, M&A deals support, portfolio management support, and internal reporting & communications support. The manager will support the investment directors by actively engaging in investment reviews and portfolio management.

General Job Description

• Deal structuring and review legal documents
• Structure complex business problems into project frameworks that can be analyzed and solved
• Perform quantitative analysis, including building and organizing large datasets
• Lead valuation analysis by building comprehensive financial models
• Build business cases in support of key decisions and growth opportunities
• Synthesize findings and summarize a broad range of data inputs into frameworks that enable clear communication of data and insights

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience at an investment bank, private equity, or other large company in a strategy, business development or M&A group in the field of oil & gas, climate tech, energy transformation, biotech, or related industries
• Excellent research skills with experience in market and company analysis
• Excellent financial modeling skills and strong accounting background
• Team player with experience working both in teams and as an individual contributor
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Previous experience working in a multinational company (preferred)
• Bilingual in Korean/English (preferred)
