You will work with our handpicked RBTs to help our children who have autism, by developing a treatment plan to be implemented by the designated RBT. Your friendly, dedicated, and experienced Clinical Director will be with you to guide you.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills:
At least one year working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
