What You'll Do:
- Lead with Vision: Oversee and manage key marine and heavy civil projects from start to finish. Your strategic planning and execution will ensure that these multi-million-dollar projects meet or exceed expectations.
- Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues, improve methods, and ensure the highest quality of work.
- Be the Go-To Expert: Evaluate specifications, plan procedures, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Champion Safety: Enforce health, safety, and environmental rules to ensure every project is executed safely and efficiently.
- Drive Results: Maintain project schedules, control costs, negotiate agreements, and prepare comprehensive reports to keep everyone informed and on track.
Who You Are:
- Experience Pro: You bring at least 10 years of experience managing mid-to-large size heavy civil, mechanical, marine, or underwater construction. You know your way around construction contracts, claims management, and dispute resolution. Marine construction is a must!
- Educated Leader: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience with Design-Build, EPC, ECI, CMAR, and other alternate procurement as required for different locations. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HCSS HeavyBid, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction software. Bonus points if you’re skilled with Bluebeam.
- Resilient & Resourceful: You tackle challenges with grit and creativity, adapting swiftly to changing conditions and overcoming obstacles.
- Team-Oriented: You inspire and lead your team with enthusiasm, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $160,000, based on location and experience.

Location Details:
- Southeast Region: Play a vital role in supporting the client book of business with planning, technical solutions, safety, and operational excellence. You will be the lead on key projects within your region. Travel required.
- Bradenton, FL: Embrace the sunshine state and lead impactful projects in a vibrant community.
- Greenville, SC: Join a close-knit team in a growing office with exciting expansion opportunities.
- Evanston, IL: A great opportunity to work on significant Great Lakes projects; including dredging, intakes, harbors, ports, offshore marine, and underwater construction. 6+ years of experience with Great Lakes projects; contract savvy; team player; exude resilience and grit. Minimal travel.
- Loomis, CA: Be part of a dynamic team in a location known for its growth and innovation. Experience in civil work, concrete, bridges, dams, mechanical, and/or industrial experience. Marine experience in civil/construction and field experience in executing operations highly desired. Travel required.
