We are looking for a Community Pharmacist Per Diem to join our team! You will be responsible for dispensing drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.

Responsibilities:

• Compound and dispense prescribed medications
• Advise physicians and health practitioners on the interactions and side effects of medications
• Provide patients with pertinent drug information and counseling
• Proactively review prescriptions for proper dosage
• Supervise and maintain records of all medications
• Must be prompt and 5 minutes early to open locations
• Lift 25lbs w/out assistance
• Sign off on written prescriptions as well as verify meds in the computer system

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to ambulate without assistance for 50ft
• Previous experience in retail pharmacy preferred
