The Contracted Services Clinical Supervisor works under the leadership of the Assistant Director of Contracted Services in LUK’s Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Division. This position is responsible for the overall clinical oversight, management, and operation of BHS contracted services, including recommendations regarding staffing (hiring/firing), case assignment, facilitating staff meetings and trainings, and represent the agency and division at external meetings. The Contracted Services Clinical Supervisor works closely with the Contracted Services Administrative Manager and the Assistant Director and provides supervision and support to the staff working in these programs. This position will also work directly with youth and families, to include promoting client and community involvement, providing direct service interventions to youth and families during team meetings, providing outreach interventions with caregivers to support them in strengthening their capacity to address obstacles to parenting, and crisis management and intervention as appropriate and will be a part of the Agency’s On Call Team.
The qualified candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field and have experience providing supervision/leadership. Licensure is preferred or must be on an independent licensure track.
