FRANCHISE PARTNER OPPORTUNITY!! Looking to be a part of something bigger and really create a future?
A well known Fast Casual group is looking for a Franchise Partner to join their organization.
There is an upfront $10k buy-in- Specifically seeking entrepreneurial operators.
What's in it for you?
- $60,000-$65,000 base salary

What we seek?
- Proven growth in the hospitality industry
- Experience in the QSR space (preferred)
- A minimum of 4-5 years experience in a leadership role, managing teams
- General Manager level experience is a must
- Experience in increasing sales, profits, and the bottom line
- The ability to build a vibrant and thriving culture
- An outstanding ability to coach and mentor a team
- A passion for the restaurant industry
- Highly motivated and energetic "operators"
- An entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mindset
