About the Role:

As a Project Manager with us, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating all aspects of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact with General Contractors, Customers, Engineering, Production, and other stakeholders to keep all parties informed on project status, schedules, and deliverables.
• Documentation: Generate and provide detailed shop drawings for a variety of projects.
• Procurement: Source and manage the acquisition of required materials.
• Fieldwork: Collect and verify field dimensions and process work for fabrication.
• Cost Management: Review job costs and ensure projects align with our quality standards and profitability targets.
• Project Success: Ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• AutoCAD Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD is essential; 2+ years preferred.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to accurately interpret architectural construction drawings and documents.
• Mathematical Skills: Strong math skills with the ability to perform precise calculations and gather accurate dimensions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Able to use and leverage online tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivation: A strong work ethic, positive energy, and a genuine interest in a wood manufacturing environment.
