Business Manager
TruFood is currently seeking a Business Manager to join our team. The position will work closely with Sales, Commercialization, Research and Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance and reports through the Director of Business Management. This is a hybrid role of customer service, project coordination, and sales support providing relationship maintenance and account management for existing customers.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required
· Highly proficient in MS Office suite and detail orientated
· Highly motivated
· Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, planning and organizing skills
· Working knowledge of manufacturing processes
· Supply chain and ERP systems experience is a plus.
· Proven experience in project management and change management
