Position Overview:
This role provides technical assistance and support related to our chemical products, focusing on customer satisfaction and detailed product knowledge. This role is essential in helping customers understand and effectively use our products, thereby enhancing their application and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to customers regarding the use, application, and troubleshooting of our chemical products.
• Resolve customer issues by diagnosing problems, explaining solutions, and ensuring comprehensive follow-through.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product developments.
• Develop technical materials such as manuals, FAQs, and training modules to educate customers and staff.
• Collaborate with the R&D and Quality Assurance teams to relay feedback from customers and suggest product improvements.
• Document all customer interactions and technical inquiries in the company’s CRM system.
• Regularly participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably within the chemical or materials science industries.
• Strong understanding of chemical properties and industry applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical details clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
