Graphic Designer 

10 week contract - Immediate start

40 hrs/week, M-F, 9 AM to 5 PM

$22-26 hr (D.O.E.)

On-site (Whittier, CA) 

The Creative Space (TCS) is a full-service marketing and design agency located in Whittier CA, that innovates, designs, builds, manages and inspires effective marketing for companies across the nation. For over 10 years, TCS has executed countless digital campaigns, national print campaigns, experiential installations, and delivered hundreds of millions of impressions for our clients. 

We are currently looking for a graphic designer to join our team on a 10-week contract basis, with an immediate start. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, where you will play a key role in developing various digital and print collateral for major clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and layout of various print and digital creative assets

• Collaborate with internal and external designers and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines

• Adapt to client and internal feedback and make necessary revisions

• Maintain a strong level of organization

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience with Canva

• 1-3 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong understanding of social media trends and digital design principles and theory

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Portfolio of work (Website or PDF)
