JOB SUMMARY

Become a vital part of the Big Chicken team as a Assistant Manager by helping ensure our restaurant runs smoothly during your shifts. BIG RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and inspire the front and back of house team members during shifts.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Offer guidance and support to team members to achieve performance goals.

Customer Service

• Promote excellent customer service by coaching and demonstrating positive interactions.
• Handle customer concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the dining area is clean and inviting.

Operational Excellence

• Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to oversee food preparation and service during busy times.
• Track inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.

Training and Development

• Help train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide feedback to encourage continuous improvement.

Shift Reporting

• Compile shift reports detailing sales, customer feedback, and other important metrics.
• Share key information with the management team to support overall business improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a supervisory or shift management role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Understanding of food safety and health regulations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
