Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregiver. As an In-Home Caregiver you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities. Duties:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Medication Reminders
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Experience:

-Nurse Aid Certification, preferred but not required
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and patience when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable and punctual
