Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ocala, FL
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10 AM - 9 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)
Hourly Rate: $16-$18 hour

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong math skills, excellent customer service abilities, and previous experience in a call center or mortgage-related role. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance throughout the mortgage process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Providing accurate information about mortgage products and services
- Assisting customers with account management and resolving issues
- Processing mortgage applications and documentation
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or mortgage-related role
- Strong math skills to handle financial calculations and transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
