Sales Representative, Equipment Financing (Bilingual) – Onsite (Nashville, TN) or Remote

We are actively seeking an energetic, revenue focused, Bilingual Sales Rep for a growing organization in the specialty equipment finance industry. The Bilingual Sales Rep will offer fluency in Spanish & English, along with demonstrated capabilities in outbound sales, preferably within the equipment finance space. Daily duties will include extensive phone contact with prospects and existing customers, timely email follow-ups, analysis of creditworthiness, and presentation of appropriate financial products that will meet customer needs.

Bilingual Sales Rep Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new and existing customer relationships within construction equipment market.
• Drive originations and or gross margin to stated objectives.
• Collect and analyze information regarding customer's income, assets, investments, or debts.
• Provide appropriate financing solutions which address customers’ individual needs after assessment of experience, assets, credit scoring, debt, and experience with financing products.
• Efficiently originate and close transactions by collaborating with cross functional internal partners
• Assist with financing sales training on a regular basis through sales meetings, conference calls, tradeshows and scheduled one-on-one phone calls.
• Develop strong business relationships with both senior management and day-to-day contacts at established and newly developed customers.
• Work with existing customers to enhance their financing program solutions.
• Ensure all new programs are properly administered and communicated.
• Collaborate with management and support teams to drive success to defined objectives.

Bilingual Account Manager Requirements:

• High school diploma required; BS degree in Finance or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in equipment financing sales or a related field.
• Proficient in various software applications, including CRM software programs.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated with strong oral communication skills, integrity and confidentiality.
