We are looking for a proven, go-getter to lead the daily operations of the company.

This full-time General Manager / Operations position entails overseeing sales/marketing, production department, warehouse, sales and service department. This is a hands-on position that includes employee management, work flow, filling in as needed when personnel is absent or other job duties need completed, and the daily duties that go along with ensuring the company is getting its daily tasks and objectives completed.

Job Overview

You will be directly responsible for the daily operations of the company. This includes ensuring current program(s) are aligned for rapid growth, making sure goals are met, leading the production and service team, managing personnel, scheduling resources, project management of products and R&D.

The General Manager / Operations Manager will oversee the sales department, production department, quality control, purchasing and warehouse. Candidates must have experience with ERP/MRP systems and successful experience creating and ensuring operational policies and procedures are current, effective, and followed.

General Manager/Operations – Skills & Qualification to be Successful:

• 4+ years management experience
• Proficient with MRP/ERP systems
• Budgeting/forecasting experience
• Project Management experience
• Business Development and/or Product Development experience
• Planning and Goal setting experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
