Licensed Vocational Nurse needed for private duty 1:1 ratio.

Patient Diagnosis: Alzheimerz , BB, Gtube, Catheter

• Paid Training and Orientation/Shadowing is provided along with RN Case Manager Supervision.
• 1:1 care, 8 hours a day, at one location within the comfort of the patient’s home.
• Suctioning, O2 Treatment, Nebulizer, G tube/ Feeding/ Medication, Pt. weight: TBD, Ventilator (if applicable-Circuit changes)

Credentials Requirements:

• Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN)
• Current Physical
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
