CityPets Veterinary Care & Wellness is a small animal practice located in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore City. CityPets is a small single doctor practice, and we take pride in offering excellent client service, and helping our patients live long and happy lives by focusing on wellness care and preventive medicine. We are looking forward to hiring a friendly, responsible, compassionate, motivated individual to fill our full-time veterinary technician position. Our services include examinations, vaccinations, routine soft tissue surgery, radiography, in-house and reference lab services, and dental procedures.

Responsibilities

 Animal restraint, taking patient history, assisting with examinations, assisting in surgery, monitoring anesthesia, caring for hospitalized patients, filling prescriptions, processing lab samples, taking and processing radiographs, interacting with clients and patients in a professional and kind manner, as well as other general hospital duties.

Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma

At least 2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital setting.

Compensation is negotiable, and is commensurate with level of experience.
