We are seeking an LPN Or RN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

​Responsibilities:

• Care for patients at home who may be on mechanical ventilators, tracheostomies, Tube feeding
• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Administer prescribed medications and feeds
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with home medical tools and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 18 y/o female: Trach/Gtube; Zip Code 28215; Every Friday and Saturday 10p-6a and Saturday and Sunday 9a-5p.
• 19 y/o male: Trach/Vent/Gtube; Zip Code 28210; Every Sunday 9a-5p.
• 62 y/o female: Trach/Vent/Gtube; Zip Code 28208; Every Monday, Saturday, Sunday 3p-11p
• 17 y/o male: Trach/Gtube; Zip Code 28269; Every Thurday & Friday 9a-9p
