AV-Rated Personal Injury Law Firm Chris Ligori & Associates is seeking a Full-Time Case Manager to handle pre-suit files in the Tampa Bay area. Our law firm takes pride in providing excellent legal service to each individual client and a successful candidate for this position must have Personal Injury experience as a Case Manager.

The key responsibilities of a Full-Time in Office Case Manager include, but are not limited to:

· Handling Pre-Suit Personal Injury cases within a team environment.

· Medically managing the file

· Client follow-up, medical record requests, case review, and progress monitoring.

· Taking on other office responsibilities, as needed.

· Preparing Cases for Demand and handling them once the demand has been filed.

Qualifications:

· Positive attitude

· Great interpersonal and client relationship skills

· Strong focus on client satisfaction

· 3 plus years experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager is required.

· Strong communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner and good verbal and people skills.

· Administrative skills, with an ability to multitask.

· Functioning well within a team environment with a willingness to take on other responsibilities when needed.
