About the Role
As a home care Sales Executive with Home Instead, you will be the key driver of our marketing efforts, bridging the gap between referral sources and our services to achieve agency revenue goals. Your role will be pivotal in researching, initiating, developing, and nurturing relationships with referral sources, new accounts, and clients in the community.
Competencies & Qualifications
Has 5+ years of a proven track record in beating revenue targets in outside sales, particularly in senior services, care management, or healthcare sectors
Exceptional consultative selling skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and close high-quality leads
Proven success in building brand awareness and driving market penetration through innovative marketing techniques
Expertise in establishing, expanding, and nurturing strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and clients that result in driving significant revenue growth.
Adept at leveraging relationships to drive ongoing business growth and client loyalty.
Highly skilled in analyzing sales data and utilizing key metrics to shape effective sales strategies and informed decisions.
Highly organized, able to manage a large portfolio while consistently meeting deadlines and being able to provide accurate and comprehensive records of all sales activities utilizing CRM (SalesForce) tools

100% of the time you utilize Salesforce to create your weekly activity plan, and your completed sales activities are all documented and up-to-date weekly
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain contact with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, case managers, and insurance companies. Your networking skills will be crucial in building and sustaining these essential relationships.
Distribute information materials and actively participate in promotional activities to enhance our brand presence and attract new clients.
Negotiate and develop contractual arrangements with vendors and partners. Your ability to communicate effectively and secure beneficial agreements will be a key asset.
Participate in the development of new business ventures and prepare compelling presentations to potential partners. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be vital in expanding our market reach.
Implement innovative marketing techniques, staying informed about competitors’ pricing and marketing strategies. Your insight and adaptability will keep us ahead in the market.
Act as the primary liaison between referral sources and the franchise office ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Your role will be essential in maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
