Have you ever wanted to be an Employee Owner? We are looking for a problem solver and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Network Analyst! This person will coordinate the installation and networking of equipment in the field as well as investigate and solve network-related issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Install and train basic applications such as printing, scanning, and faxing
- Install and train progressive applications such as specific workflow demands and software and client-based applications
- Analyze client needs, recognize business opportunities, and influence sales volume growth
- Provide support to clients to solve all facets of network-related installations and problems
- Recognize and escalate issues when additional skillsets are needed
- Provide onsite service on emergency service calls when needed in order to maximize equipment uptime for clients
- Provide accurate reporting of client interactions as well as installation and troubleshooting status to all parties involved
- Work closely with client IT personnel and the sales team to pre-configure machines before delivery and installation
- Work closely with software vendors to maintain support for bug fixes and latest updates
- Provide support to service and sales personnel as needed
- Communicate and interact with clients, service, sales, and administrative staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain product knowledge of operating systems to support all aspects of MFP printing, scanning, and software solution integration
- Assist on special projects as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
A Network Analyst must be able to travel to other branches and client locations to complete equipment installations and resolve network issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or one to two years of related experience and/or training; equivalent combination and experience is a plus
- Strong technical background
- Ability to handle technical problems involving server concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to complete all facets of machine installations with a very high competency
- Experienced in troubleshooting a network environment as it relates to our products including printing, scanning, document workflows, applications, and solutions
- MCSE or equivalent experience is a plus
- Software Vendor certifications are a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
