The treatment coordinator will work directly with patients in a dental front office setting to schedule appointments,
coordinate treatment plans, and manage patient accounts. The treatment coordinator is responsible for handling multiple
channels of communication to deliver a high quality patient experience. The Treatment Coordinator is
responsible for managing treatment plans, collecting co-pays and balances, and scheduling patients for their
next visit.
