This team is responsible for all critical infrastructure systems within their datacenter facilities. This includes power systems; generators, battery backups, etc. It also includes Air Handling Systems (HVAC). This role will be providing hands on system maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, vendor coordination and support, documentation, etc. Individuals need to be flexible on shifts since they are a 24 hour critical environment.

Title: Commercial HVAC Operations Technician (Data Center Operations)
Location: Reno, NV, Austin, TX, and Atlanta, GA
Salary: $30 /hr. + $2 /hr night shift differential + Bonus and Overtime
Schedule: 24/7 coverage. Individuals need to be flexible for any shift all days of the week. (12 on/12 offs)
Full time, direct hire

• Some knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems that may be employed in a data center environment; this may include electrical feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS Systems, DC power Systems, ATS/STS units, PDU units, breakers, batteries, load bank connections, CRACs, air handling units, fluid coolers, pumps, cages, and fire suppression systems
• Knowledge of data center, safety, electrical, and cooling designs
• Must follow established safety practices and procedures in applicable situations
• Ability to work any shift in a 24x7x365 Operation, including weekends and holidays

• Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must possess basic typing, email, and computer skills
