ELECTRICIAN - 2 plus (2+) years of experience working in the commercial electrical industry.

Hourly Wage - Based upon experience, previous training, and PES skills assessment and interview.

Job Summary and Expectations of PES Electricians

• Must pass our verification process

• Must have an active TDLR

• Must be able to perform all helper and mechanic duties

• Position involves lifting, digging, climbing, drilling, cutting, clean-up installations

• Troubleshoot/diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools

• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures

• Must be able to operate all electrical hand tools

• Must be able to operate large pipe bending tools, both hydraulic or mechanical benders

• Read/interpret blue prints and apply NEC codes in maintenance and construction work

• Able to isolate defects in wiring, switches and motors

• Able to install and maintain motors, lighting fixtures, switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, and devices

• Practice job site safety

• Minimal supervision required
