Construction Project Financial Analyst
We are seeking a Construction Financial Analyst to join the team at American Process Management (APM). APM brings real-time analytics and financial analysis to capital projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion in total cost.
This team member will be responsible for supporting the company’s financial and strategic goals through the analysis, evaluation, and execution of all aspects of construction financial analysis for some of the largest companies in the United States.

This position will include the option to work from home with travel to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of project financial actuals, cash flows, estimates, and budgets
- Engage with project teams to develop and maintain project budget and forecast
- Lead monthly meetings with project team to review project actuals, variance, and forecast
- Provide project variance explanations to visualize the "why' behind the numbers
- Develop monthly financial accruals to keep projects SOX compliant
- Communicate forecast changes, variances, and areas of risk
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
