Clark’s Compounding Pharmacy, located in Bellevue, WA, is currently hiring for a full-time Pharmacy Assistant / Technician! We are an independent, family-owned pharmacy that is dedicated to solving medication problems by providing custom medications. Our staff functions as a team and our growing pharmacy is looking for our next team member. Qualifications: No direct Pharmacy experience is required; we will provide all training for the right candidate. You will need to be able to obtain a Washington State Pharmacy Assistant license.
Job Description: A Compounding Pharmacy Assistant supports the Pharmacy in many ways, including:
Growth Opportunities: As your interest and experience in Pharmacy grows we offer a Technician in Training development program, to support your ambition to obtain a Pharmacy Technician license. If you already have your Pharmacy Technician license we can train you on all aspects of the pharmacy, including the skills listed above plus learning how to make compounded medications in our Labs.
Pay and Benefits: We offer competitive pay that is aligned to your level of experience and licensure (Starting at $21-$26 per hour, dependent upon licensure and experience). As you gain experience and expertise your compensation grows. For full time team members, we offer Medical, Dental, Vision benefits. In addition, we provide vacation, sick leave, a bonus pay program and a 401K retirement program with matching contributions.
