Role Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective paid marketing strategies to meet aggressive business goals.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Regularly track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with the brand.
Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize ad creative, targeting, and landing pages.
Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in advertising platforms, making recommendations for adjustments to campaigns as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
Monitor industry best practices and share insights and knowledge with the team to continuously improve campaign performance.
Required Skills
4yrs+ Proven experience as a Paid Marketing Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to create direct response and conversion copy.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing best practices, including audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
Experience with A/B testing and an understanding of statistical significance.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience with Trading and Financial Services will be considered a serious advantage.
Experience managing remote and on-site team and workflows
