We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator HHA to become a part of our team!
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assigning appropriate staff to provide services to the clients of the agency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1. Notes on weekly schedule in a timely manner
- 2. Responsible for appropriate documentation required to fulfill client’s needs and agency’s procedure
- 3. Responsible for adhering to the goals, standards, policies, rules and regulations as set forth by the agency and by governmental agency
- 4. Reports any claim of injury/accident regarding employee and/or client to direct supervisor
- 5. Coordinates with case management staff, when necessary, any relevant information regarding new and ongoing cases ensuring consistency with agency policies
- 6. Coordinates all Service Authorizations received for services and ensures that client services are initiated expeditiously
- 7. Maintains regular client contact concerning schedules and schedule changes, and promotes client satisfaction
- 8. Maintains regular contact with clients' case managers to ensure necessary communication concerning client condition and change
- 9. Maintains written documentation of conferences, meetings, directions given, and progress made by Workers in their assignments
- 10. Maintains client files, reviewing and monitoring for completeness
- 11. Assist in coordinating privacy of Agency’s clients and/or consume (HIPAA)
- 12. Participates in agency-wide performance improvement activities
- 13. Performs other related duties as needed
WORKING AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Office based telephone activity, sedentary 90% of the time; standing 10% of the time;
stooping/reaching; ability to move up to 25 pounds
MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE:
- 1. Computer skills in windows based applications
- 2. Multi-line telephone systems
- 3. Photocopy, fax machines and voicemail
