A & R Clinical Services and Crisis Management, LLC (ARCSCM) is contracted with the Reno, Nevada Human Service Agency (HSA). We are looking for qualified Mental Health Counselor's to join our team and perform regular clinical counseling for a single project. You will provide emotional, administrative, and clinical support to clients in either an individual or group setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing mental health counseling services to individual adults, children, families, couples and group therapy throughout the state of Nevada. The Candidate must have experience in all necessary clinical, counseling, and therapeutic counseling with applications of appropriate clinical theories. In addition, ARCSCM’s objective is to provide efficient and qualified mental health services to the HSA.

Responsibilities:

• Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
• Develop and execute individual treatment plans
• Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
• Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
• Maintain accurate client documentation

Qualifications:

LICENSED Positions:

1. Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

· Must be Master Level Counselor and submit official college transcripts if accepted by NDMH

· Must submit proof of licensing in the professional counselor field.

2. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

· Must be Master Level Therapist and submit official college transcripts if accepted by NDMH

· Must submit proof of licensing in the marriage and family therapist field.

3. Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice (LISW-CP)

· Must be Master Level Social Worker and submit official college transcripts if accepted by NDMH

· Must submit proof of licensing in the independent social worker – clinical practice field.
