Our client is a prestigious AS9100 certified company with over 65 years of industry leadership and innovation. They are seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager. 

You will have the opportunity to:

• Supervise and direct the maintenance team for their 4 locations..
• Ensure optimal functioning of machinery and facilities, addressing any issues promptly.
• Oversee environmental reporting, wastewater treatment, and other related responsibilities.
• Perform and manage hands-on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with after-hours security to maintain safety and security at all locations.
• Utilize MS Excel, Outlook, and Word for reporting and communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering, or 7-10+ years of maintenance management/supervisory experience.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years in environmental reporting, wastewater treatment oversight, and related fields.
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to respond to assignments and situations with minimal notice, including outside standard work hours.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• CSP certification.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 or AS9100 environments.
