We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator / Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage the shipping and receiving processes in our refrigerated warehouse. The ideal candidate will be experienced in operating forklifts, have strong computer and inventory management skills, and be able to handle physical tasks associated with the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to move and manage inventory in a refrigerated warehouse.
• Accurately handle shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely and correct processing of goods.
• Perform regular inventory checks and maintain detailed inventory records; training on our specific system will be provided.
• Lift and move 45lb boxes as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification is required.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with inventory management; training on our system will be provided.
• Ability to lift 45lb boxes and perform physical tasks as required.
• Proficiency in English is necessary; bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday during the day shift, with occasional Saturday work during peak seasons.
