Our client, a renowned multinational health insurance and services company, is seeking a Network Program Manager on a remote basis.
Contract – W2 Non-Exempt
Location: MN (Remote)
Pay Range: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour DOE
About the Role:
Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual to support a new custom network implementation which includes project coordination/management and contracting with specialty providers. This role will be responsible for the full end-to-end coordination of this project.
The Specialty Network Contracting Manager is responsible for contracting and provider relationship management activities in support of this new custom network implementation. This role will work to develop and maintain positive relationships with pharmacy partners that yield results and drive client satisfaction and will play an active role by managing contractual obligations and compliance, contract negotiations, operational needs and relationship needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead and assist with project coordination
• Maintain an ongoing knowledge of where negotiations are and status of overall contracting effort
• Provide positive alternatives to complex situations encountered by providers and manage expectations
• Escalate provider concerns internally and to help solve complex issues
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and providers via conference calls and written correspondence
• Manage contractual obligations including but not limited to contract compliance
• Be a self-starter, produce quality work, make decisions, and deliver on commitments
Required Qualifications:
• Experience with contract management and negotiations
• Experience with pharmacy or healthcare
• Experience in financial analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Specialty Contracting or Specialty Pharmacy
• Experience with PBM or Pharmacy
• Strategic thinker and/or project management skills
• Knowledge of pharmacy pricing methodologies
