Pay Rate: $25+ negotiable based on experience
Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (Onsite in Bothell, WA at Facility – NOT REMOTE)

What’s a typical day as a Facilities Administrative / Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Working with and for the Facilities Manager to provide world-class service for scientists and staff.
• Managing multiple vendors, including Stericycle, Alsco, Shred-It, First Choice, Salas Pest Control, and Environmental Controls Janitorial.
• Walking vendors around the building, addressing any issues, and communicating additional services.
• Planning and organizing all Bothell site events.
• Submitting purchase requests and generating purchase orders.
• Assisting the Facilities Department with tracking purchase orders and vendor payments.
• Ordering food for various meetings.
• Making updates to the Facilities-Bothell website as needed.
• Monitoring coffee supply and ordering as necessary.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma and 2 to 5 years of applicable experience.
• Possess strong familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
• Have a working knowledge of SAP and other accounting software.
• Are able to work in a challenging professional environment.
• Have experience with accounting and vendor management in a biotech or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to work with competing priorities.
• Can work with professional decorum in a fast-paced environment.
• Have the ability to organize and maintain administrative duties of the Facilities Department.
• Have prior experience with a Pacific Northwest biotech company.
