Job Description

General Contractor in Orange County seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Controller. The ideal candidate must have knowledge and tenured experience of the following:

·            AIA G704 pay applications

·            Preliminary notices and lien releases

·            Bank rec’s

·            Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets

·            Ability to report in GAAP to corporate CPA

·            Administering and managing of company's profit-sharing plans

·            Assist with HR and new hires

·            Experience with Sage/Timberline software
