Expanding Bethlehem Insurance Agency is adding to their Customer Service team. This Agency offers an excellent career advancement opportunity!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Main point of contact for clients calling in to obtain insurance coverage
  • Servicing existing accounts by answering questions, quoting additional coverage, and make recommendations for coverage.
  • Track late premium payments and reach out to client remind them so that they prevent cancellation of coverage.

Requirements:

  • Strong Customer Service focus with 3 plus years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Ability to be easily trained on various insurance coverage and policies
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office, CRM, and Insurance quoting systems.
  • P&C, Life A&H insurance producers license. Will train the right candidate to obtain their licenses within 6 months of hire.
