Direct the Philanthropy Department for a non-profit that provides access to health care to patients who have no access.

The Philanthropy Director will lead and manage a donor-centric, comprehensive philanthropy program to support Volunteers in Medicine of Southern Nevada’s annual operating and capital projects. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating and assuring the implementation of strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward gifts across the spectrum. Additionally, this position will assure the development and maintenance of appropriate systems, including but not limited to donor and volunteer management, research, cultivation, solicitation, gift processing and donor recognition and stewardship. As a senior leader, this position is expected to develop cohesive and collaborative relationships with staff, the Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors and the Philanthropy Committee – including providing direct supervision to Philanthropy department team members.
