Accountant, responsibilities:
  • Maintain balance sheets and other financial exhibits for a pool of clients
  • Client specific reporting needs, prepare monthly reports for clients, through Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and able to track cash flow, expenses and balance sheets there.
  • Provide business management services for clients including payroll, bill paying and coordinating with vendors
  • Ability to perform administrative functions and operational duties as well as work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Create presentations and provide summary reporting for clients
  • Always working to improve efficiency and minimize errors in all aspects of this position.
  • Prior experience with a CPA firm is desirable.
Qualifications
  • Ability to provide a world-class customer experience
  • Exceptional in communication, organization, accountability and prioritization skills
  • 3 plus years of accounting or bookkeeping experience required
  • Excels in a team-based, client-centric culture and value collaboration with experience colleagues
  • Able to work independently on project type assignments in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must, including QuickBooks online and bill pay.
  • Superior analytical and problem resolution skills with strong attention to detail
  • Understand required extended hours to meet team needs on some days
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Excellent oral and written skills, great client service and strong MS Office skills #ZR
