We are currently assisting several Knoxville area businesses with adding Accounting Professionals to their finance teams! These positions range from Full Charge Bookkeepers to Staff Accountants, some requiring a degree in accounting and others do not. Pay ranges from 55K to 75K depending on experience and position! ALL positions are full time, permanent, and in office only (NO REMOTE). 

Job duties will vary depending on which position but may include some of the following:

• Maintaining the business ledger
• Preparing financial statements and tax returns
• Recording complex transactions
• Processing timesheets and payroll
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with accounting regulations.
• Account reconciliation – ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the GL.
