Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Train and support new employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor and maintain salon cleanliness, equipment functionality, and overall ambiance.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
• Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on inventory, promotions, and staffing needs.
• Assist with visual merchandising, including the arrangement of products and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
