Food company located in SE San Antonio has immediate opportunities for Food Production Leads and Supervisors. If you have been a Lead/Supervisor in a food packing or food manufacturing plant in the past, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU TODAY!

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on position

Hours:

• 1st Shift - 7:00AM Start Time - Will Work 8 -10HR Shift (Flexibility Req.)
• 2nd Shift - 2:30PM Start Time - Will Work 8 -10HR Shift (Flexibility Req.)

Work Schedule: Will Work 5-6 days out of the week (Flexibility. Req.)

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in food manufacturing
• 2+ years Lead/Supervisor
• Resume 

Food Production Lead/Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervision of Production Associates
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Inspecting products for quality and accuracy prior to shipping
• Maintaining communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed
• Enforcing all safety policies on the production floor
